Offerings:
Rated Section ($5 Entry Fee):
- This section is for players who already have US Chess Federation (USCF) memberships and are interested in competitive play.
- The winner of this section receives a medal.
Unrated Section ($5 Entry Fee):
- This section caters to new players who have not yet obtained a USCF membership.
- Winner receives a free USCF membership ($20 Value).
Casual Play (Free):
- Casual play sessions provide a relaxed environment for players who may not yet feel ready for competitive play.
- This is an excellent opportunity for beginners to learn more about the game and improve their skills at their own pace.
- It fosters a sense of community among young players and helps them develop a love for chess beyond just competition.
