It’s All in the Name
Mellow is known for several signature pizzas with some far-out names. If you’re a meat lover, The Mighty Meaty is right up your alley. Loaded with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, honey ham, and applewood-smoked bacon, it is mighty for sure. If you prefer a lighter taste profile, check out the Great White with an olive oil base, four cheeses, tomatoes, onions and basil.
Looking for something a little more exotic? The Holy Shiitake is another Mellow favorite. This decadent pizza has an olive oil and garlic base, layered with shiitake, button, and portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella, aged white cheddar and finished with garlic aioli and a spritz of black truffle oil, shaved Parmesan, and chives.
And let’s not forget the Funky Q Chicken, BBQ pizza complete with mozzarella, BBQ chicken, sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, applewood-smoked bacon, and a swirl of BBQ sauce.

Mellow Mushroom boasts a variety of vegan dish selections. Starting with their Vegan Veg-Out Pizza, this pizza has vegan cheese and vegetables. Next on the line-up, is their Build Your Own Vegan Pizza. This option allows guests to customize their vegan-crust pizza with red sauce or olive oil and garlic for a base and an array of vegetables such as artichokes, spinach and mushrooms, as well as tofu and tempeh.
