River Rat Brewery

Serving more than just beer, River Rat Brewery’s frozen cocktails are a great way to cool down in the famously hot Carolina sun. Here you will find their famous Prosecco Pops, incredible Blueberry Frose, and delicious Peach Bellini’s.

Let me be the first to tell you, the Prosecco Pops are DELICIOUS! They are super light and refreshing, making them perfect to sip on in the heat. I loved that I was able to select my flavor of popsicle, out of a good selection of choices, and that they all pair really well with a glass of chilled Prosecco.

Booze Pops Cola

Booze Pops is an alcoholic and non-alcoholic popsicle bar on wheels. The truck can usually be found at the Soda City Market on Main Street every Saturday morning. They often make their rounds throughout the city during the week to different neighborhoods, smaller farmers’ markets, and various events.

On a recent trip to Soda City Market, I gave the Classic Mojito popsicle a try and it did not disappoint. Not only was it perfect for helping stay cool while strolling around the market, but it was also super delicious and tasted exactly like what I had imagined.

To keep up with their travels be sure to follow along with them, who knows, they could be in your neighborhood next!
