JCPenney Kids Zone Free Craft Events

The free JCPenney Kids Zone events happen on the second Saturday of each month at participating stores. They are totally free crafts that kids and parents can just grab and take home to complete or find a space in the store to complete right there. Most stores participate, but it is recommended to check with your local store to make sure.
