We visited as part of a dual field trip with Lever Farms (less than 5 minutes away), and it made for a full, engaging day on the farm.

What You’ll Experience on the Farm
They are an alpaca farm, but also have llamas, chickens, ducks, and a friendly farm dog, so there’s always something to see and hear (especially from the very vocal ducks and turkey!).
Alicia, our guide, was awesome, and the kids were very engaged throughout the field trip. We were able to pet the necks of the alpacas (they don’t like their heads touched), and learned all about what makes alpaca hair so desirable and how to keep the animals healthy.
Our kids especially loved:
- The scavenger hunt around the farm
- Feeding the alpacas
- Seeing all the different animals up close
- The fun photo props scattered around the property
There’s also:
- A pollinator garden (currently being replanted)
- A worm farm
- A small play structure for kids

And parents will appreciate this: there is a handwashing station nearby — with soap! 🙌
The turkey and ducks were very vocal and brought lots of laughs! Be sure your cameras are charged so you don’t miss a moment — you’ll want to rewatch these memories again and again.
