Did you know Adventure Farms is new to Barnwell, SC this year? We got a chance to visit this farm and see all the fun things they have for families.
Adventure Farms is about an hour from downtown Columbia, so it’s an easy day trip.

Ticket Prices at Adventure Farms
A day pass to all the activities is $12 for ages 3 and up. Kids 2 and under are free, and seniors and the military get a $2 discount for a ticket price of $10.
Mom Review
Hi, Rachel Townsend here! I want to share my official mom review of Adventure Farms. We took a day trip to this farm and it was about an hour-and-a-half drive for us. We spent a little over two hours there and my kids had fun exploring the farm. They enjoyed the hayride, playing lasso the cattle, yard jenga, dino bouncing, pumpkin bowling, playing in the sandbox, and feeding the animals. The owner was so nice and knowledgeable about their animals which you can pet and feed for an additional cost. There is a special surprise on the hayride at Adventure Farms so be sure to look out for “Crazy Chicken” while you’re on your ride. This is NOT a scary surprise just a fun addition to the experience.
Additionally, they offer paintball target shooting for younger kids and a paintball course for teens 17+. These activities do cost a little extra. After the fall season, they are planning a hayride display through Christmas lights. All in all, it is a great place to visit this fall!
