General admission tickets allow you to taste and vote on the chili at the event. Drinks will be available for purchase in the beer garden.

Bring your appetite and get ready to spice things up at the Strength Haven Chili Cook-Off!

CHILI COOK OFF RULES:
For this cook off, Chili is defined as ANY combination of meat, spices and seasonings along with tomatoes, onions, peppers, beans, and liquid such as broth. Whatever you call chili, we will call chili. You may enter meatless, beanless, chicken or turkey chili. All entries must be HOMEMADE.
You may choose to provide garnishes such as, but not limited to, cheese, cilantro, sour cream, crackers, etc… This is optional
We are requesting that each contestant provide a minimum of 8 quarts of chili.
2 oz serving cups will be provided which the chili will be served in. Spoons will also be provided.
All Ingredients must be uncooked prior to the event. However meat may be marinated and beans may be pre-soaked
Please list all ingredients used in your chili for the public to see.
Setup starts at 10:00 AM. Cooking starts at 11:00 AM. All chili should be ready by 2:00 pm. Please bring crock pot or warming trays to keep the chili warm.
Chili will be dispensed into 2 oz cups (provided) for serving.
Each person attending the event will be entitled to one vote. The person/team with the most votes will win.
